Resist-A-Ball® CORE Certification - Level One
This course is designed to teach participants the general guidelines in understanding the benefits of stability ball training along with a hands-on practical instruction on the selected strength and flexibility exercises recommended to begin a ball program. Participants will learn the proper execution, proper progression, teaching techniques and cueing for all the selected exercises. This course also includes strength exercises utilizing the ball and elastic tubing for added resistance. No prior experience is necessary to attend the certification and this course is recommended as a prerequisite for all other Resist-A-Ball® trainings. A comprehensive written multiple choice and true/false open book exam will be given at the end of the course. A 70% score will be required to successfully complete the certification.

Resist-A-Ball® CORE Certification - Level Two
This hands-on practical certification includes an in-depth analysis of the more challenging Resist-A-Ball® strength exercises. Participants will also experience how the Resist-A-Ball® becomes a unique, portable and dynamic bench with added free weights. Learn how to replace traditional exercises with new motor learning strength challenges. The course includes a variety of stretches to complement the more advanced selected strength exercises. Move up to the next level in Resist-A-Ball® training with the exercises that require more core stabilization, strength and balance. Resist-A-Ball ® C.O.R.E. Instructor Certification or experience in stability training is recommended as a prerequisite to this course. A comprehensive written multiple choice and true/false open book exam will be given at the end of the course. A 70% score will be required to successfully complete the certification.

Resist-A-Ball® Creative Cardio Moves
This hands-on practical certification is designed to provide fitness professionals with rhythmic movement patterns using major muscle groups combined with the Resist-A-Ball®. Whether your preference is group exercise or one-on-one training, this course material will enhance any warm-up, aerobic, anaerobic, or interval training programs. The Resist-A-Ball® adds a new, fun and creative way to modify some traditional cardio training to help you achieve your desired target zone depending on your goal. In the standing position, the added lifting of the 2 lb. ball, as well as a variety of upper body movements using the Resist-A-Ball®, can raise the intensity of the activity. When used in the seated position, a higher level of intensity can be achieved with lifting and lowering the body weight to the ball for controlled plyometric type exercise. The added play of bouncing, throwing, and catching lends to a stimulating and fun activity for all ages.

Pilates with Resist-A-Ball®
Uniquely adapted to the Resist-A-Ball®, this certification includes the ball combined with the 34 Pilates mat work exercises. This program combines the disciplines of Resist-A-Ball and Pilates that results in improved core strength, balance, coordination and flexibility with a series of controlled non-impact movements. The added weight and balance challenge of the Resist-A-Ball® adds a whole new dimension to Pilates training. Enjoy this exciting new certification that will provide you with the information you need to offer a program utilizing the benefits of both Resist-A-Ball® and Pilates.

Resist-A-Ball Below the Belt
This Master Class is designed to teach the instructor lower body exercises derived from the Resist-A-Ball C.O.R.E. program. If you think you need expensive gym equipment to get the buns, legs, and lean body you desire, think again. This inexpensive toy-like prop offers more variety and effective exercises for the lower body than any other piece of equipment in our industry. Progression from beginner to advanced levels is demonstrated with each exercise as well as proper technique and appropriate cueing. Hopefully, you will be able to walk away from our workout as we hit you BELOW THE BELT!
